TPU
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (95A)
Flexible rubber-like material (Shore 95A hardness) perfect for parts requiring elasticity and shock absorption. TPU offers excellent abrasion resistance and can be stretched repeatedly without permanent deformation. The perceived flexibility of a print depends on its geometry, wall thickness, and overall dimensions.

Advantages
- Highly flexible and elastic
- Excellent abrasion resistance
- Good chemical resistance
- Vibration dampening properties
- Can be stretched without breaking
Good to Know
- Longer production time than rigid materials
- Higher cost than rigid materials
- Best in factory colors — paint may crack when the part flexes
- Fine details and sharp edges are harder to achieve than with rigid materials
- Flexibility depends on part geometry — small or thick-walled parts will feel more rigid
