Resin printing delivers exceptional detail impossible with filament-based printing. With layer heights as fine as 25 microns, resin creates ultra-smooth surfaces perfect for miniatures, jewelry, dental models, and any project requiring intricate details. The surface quality is so good that layer lines are virtually invisible.

Resin prints have significantly higher detail and smoother surfaces than filament prints. You can see individual fingers on a 28mm miniature, crisp text as small as 1mm, and intricate patterns that would be impossible with filament. Resin is the professional choice for jewelry, dental models, and high-detail display pieces.

Standard resin is not recommended for outdoor use as it will become brittle and yellow when exposed to UV light. For outdoor applications, we can use specialized UV-resistant resins or apply a protective coating. Resin truly excels for indoor decorative items, miniatures, and display models.

Absolutely! Resin prints are ideal for painting. Your print arrives fully cured and ready to paint. Simply prime with acrylic or plastic primer, then paint with acrylic paints. The ultra-smooth surface and fine details make resin perfect for miniature painting and custom models.

Standard resin is more brittle than filament materials like PLA or ABS. While perfect for display pieces and miniatures, resin prints can break if dropped or subjected to impact. For functional parts requiring flexibility or impact resistance, we recommend materials like PETG or Nylon instead.
